Establishing or Canceling Association with an Enterprise Master Account

Establishing or canceling association between a master account and member account of an enterprise must be initiated by the master account. After receiving an association invitation or cancelation request, you as the administrator of a member account can grant or reject the permissions requested by the master account in the Permissions area on the My Master Account page.

Prerequisites

You have received an association or disassociation request from an enterprise master account.

Establishing Association

If you are invited to associate with an enterprise member account, you can choose to accept or reject the invitation on the My Master Account page in the account center.

  1. Access the My Master Account page.
  2. Select the agreement checkbox and click Accept to associate with the enterprise master account.

Canceling Association

If you are requested to disassociate from your master account, you can choose to accept or reject the request on the My Master Account page in the account center.

  1. Access the My Master Account page.
  2. Click Accept to disassociate from the master account.
