How Do I Configure the DNS Address Under Tenant Configuration Within the VPC Subnet?
Scenarios
- Use a shared VPC when creating an account in the AD scenario.
- In the AD scenario, when switching to a shared VPC, you need to configure the DNS address under the tenant configuration within the VPC subnet.
This configuration is required only in the AD scenario.
Prerequisites
You have obtained the primary or backup DNS IP address in the tenant configuration.
Procedure
- Click
in the upper left corner of the console and select a region and a project.
- Click
and choose Networking > Virtual Private Cloud under All Services. The Network Console page is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Virtual Private Cloud > Subnets.
- Locate the shared subnet and click the subnet name to go to the basic information page of the subnet.
- Click
next to the DNS server address to go to the page for modifying a DNS server address.
- Replace the DNS server address with the DNS address under the tenant configuration, and click OK.
