What If Desktop Purchase Failed Due to Insufficient ECS Resources?

Desktop purchase failed due to insufficient ECS resources.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Desktops > Desktops.

    The Desktops page is displayed.

  2. In the upper right corner of the Desktops page, click Failed tasks.

    The page of failed tasks is displayed.

  3. Find the failure cause: insufficient ECS resources, as shown in Figure 1.

  4. Submit a service ticket for technical support.
