When Does an ECS Become Provisioned?

The methods of provisioning ECSs vary depending on the billing mode.

Yearly/Monthly ECSs: After you pay for an ECS and the system applies charges, the ECS is automatically provisioned.
Pay-per-use ECSs: An ECS is automatically provisioned after it is created.
